No other workforce has more at stake in decisions made by elected officials
When people ask if our union engages in politics, we say a resounding “yes we do!”
That’s because no workforce anywhere has more at stake in the decisions made by elected officials, who decide our wages, benefits, job security, and working conditions.
Big corporations spend millions supporting anti-union politicians who work to cut our wages and take away our bargaining rights.
So, “yes!” We support candidates who value state employees. If we didn’t we’d be tying our hands behind our back.
